ICU Eyewear: DTC ecommerce
A legacy fashion eyewear brand rooted in traditional brick-and-mortar retail, ICU Eyewear needed a full rebrand and direct to consumer strategy to thrive in the ecommerce space. We successfully revitalized the brand on Shopify, established a new customer base and transformed its online sales into a $10MM direct to consumer business. In addition, we developed and activated a comprehensive SEO and SEM strategy to drive traffic and implemented Klaviyo email campaigns and automated flows to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Look Our Way: Brand Revamped
For LookOurWay.com, we executed a comprehensive brand refresh and site update on Shopify, with a focus on conversion rate optimization to enhance user experience and drive sales. We launched new traffic-driving platforms, including Google Shopping, social media ads and display ads, to expand the brand’s reach. Additionally, we implemented a long-term SEO strategy to leverage organic growth. To boost customer retention, we developed a robust email marketing program, featuring targeted campaigns and automated email flows. As a result, we increased site traffic by over 30% and significantly improved the conversion rate.
Physik USA: DTC ecommerce
For a new CBD product line, Physik, we designed and built a Shopify website that aligned with the existing brand guidelines. Our work included strategic product merchandising to showcase the CBD products effectively, as well as crafting detailed product descriptions to highlight their unique benefits. Additionally, we developed a rewards program to foster customer loyalty and incentivize repeat purchases, creating a seamless shopping experience that encouraged long-term engagement with the brand.
Guideline Eyegear: Specialized Functionality
For Guideline Eyegear, we built a new website tailored for a brand entering the direct to consumer space for the first time. We refreshed the brand’s identity to ensure it could successfully compete in the online marketplace. The Shopify site we developed included custom functionality that allowed customers to seamlessly order personalized prescription sunglasses, enhancing the user experience and streamlining the purchase process. This enabled Guideline Eyegear to confidently launch its DTC business with a strong, customer friendly platform.
